  • 2、负责公司信息披露并协助董事、监事和高级管理人员了解信息披露的相关法律、法规制度，确保公司合规的披露信息：
  • 3、协助制定投资者关系管理方案，组织和完成投资者关系管理相关工作。
  • 1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济、法学、会计相关专业；
  • 2、有3年以上相关经验，有证券公司经验优先；
  • 3、有较强的沟通协调能力；善于主动学习与总结；
  • 4、有高度的敬业精神，认真负责，细致严谨；
  • 5、有强烈的责任感和团队合作精神，保密意识强，有抗压能力。
