About The Role
- 1.负责业务及营销部门（市场、销售、客户成功等）的招聘、面试及入职融入；
- 2.参与销售激励方案、提成核算、绩效目标拆解与过程跟踪；
- 3.协助业务负责人进行团队文化营造、销售士气激励、优秀案例萃取；
- 4.管理业务营销序列的离职分析、低绩效人员优化沟通；
- 5.对接培训资源，组织销售技能、产品知识等专项赋能。
- 1.本科及以上学历，2年以上HRBP、招聘或销售运营相关经验；
- 2.理解销售/营销团队的业务逻辑与压力，能接受偶尔与业务团队同频工作节奏；
- 3.沟通推动能力强，擅长说服、谈判和关系建立；
- 4.加分项：有ToB或高新技术行业业务团队支持经验。
