About The Role

  1. 参与企业级AI自动化测试平台（测试用例生成、 UI 自动化、接口自动化等）的构建与迭代；
  2. 基于AI自动化测试平台，结合公司实际业务场景，探索落地具有实操意义的AI自动化测试方案；
  3. 本科及以上学历；具备 3 年以上互联产品测试经验及2年以上测试开发经验；
  4. 精通主流自动化测试框架（如Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Pytest, TestNG等），熟练掌握接口自动化及 Mock 技术；
  5. 拿到人工智能测试落地成果，通过人工智能切实持续提升团队整体测试效率与质量保障水平；
  6. 熟悉 Prompt 工程，具备RAG索引调优能力；
