About The Role

  • 1、编制及数据管理：管理分公司的人员编制，及时根据业务需求申请调整。实施各类招聘数据管理并进行数据分析，定期统计并及时上报；
  • 2、人员招聘及渠道管理：与业务部门沟通确认招聘需求，按时按质完成招聘任务；开发、管理和维护各类招聘渠道，进行招聘渠道效果分析，提高招聘效率，管理招聘费用；
  • 3、招聘项目：组织实施各类招聘活动，包括但不限于校园招聘等。开展以长期招聘为目的的公共关系活动，建立雇主品牌，储备人才；
  • 4、培训管理：落实总部人力资源中心的各项培训工作，根据业务具体情况和发展目标分析培训需求，并组织开展培训活动的落实；
  • 5、组织及人才发展：根据业务需求及时调整组织架构，统筹开展各类人才发展项目，包括但不限于人才盘点、人才选拔、人才入职跟踪访谈、人才晋升等工作；
  • 6、团队建设级党群工作：负责企业文化宣传，策划组织团队建设活动，负责党群工作的开展，党务工作会议的组织及宣传教育工作；
  • 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学、行政管理学、经济类、管理类专业等相关专业优先考虑，熟悉人力资源六大模块；
  • 2、熟悉国家及地方相关人事政策、劳动法规；
  • 3、熟练操作办公软件，文字表达能力强；
  • 4、沟通协调能力强，认真负责、严谨细致、逻辑性强，有一定的抗压能力。
