Senior Accounting Associate

Role Overview: The Accounting Senior Associate is responsible for performing the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, including periodic financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial reporting requirements. Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements on regular basis Assists in implementing accounting policies and procedures Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations Liaise with external auditors for annual financial statements audit Assisting in preparation for any regulatory finance audit Analyze financial data and provide insights to Accounting Manager Assists in implementing internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of working experience in accounting field Big 4 Accounting Firm experience, or experience in a fintech company is a plus Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial reporting requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills English proficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Details: Attractive compensation package - competitive salary, flexible bonus scheme.
