Retail Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

•  Support the Management team in the daily running of the store.
•  Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
•  Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained.
•  Assist with stock management, ordering, deliveries, and merchandising.
•  Manage cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
•  Help train and develop new and existing team members.
•  Deal with customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
•  Ensure the smooth operation of the store during your shift.
