We’re looking for Chief Accountant who has experience as Chief Accountant or Experienced in team management at least for 4 years for Noventiq Vietnam. Role Summary As the senior and key finance person in the country who is responsible for overall financial and accounting matters in Vietnam, this role requires good time management skill, good team management skill and self-driven initialization with critical thinking mind-set to challenge status quo. Interpersonal skill is also vital to handle different stakeholders within and outside business. The ability to make things happen positively in the given timeline with sense of urgency would be the key success factors for the role. What You'll Do: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all accounting records, financial reports, and tax submissions in accordance with VAS, tax regulations, internal policies, and applicable laws. Cashflow management Implement and manage AR and AP operations in line with Group standards and internal control procedures. Monthly update, reconcile and manage data of all accounts; manage the documentary storage. Prepare, review, and submit timely internal and external reports, including tax filings, financial statements, and management reports. Review and analyze budget vs. actual performance of each business unit. Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making by the Executive Board. Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and financial governance frameworks. Coordinate with tax authorities, banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders. Manage and support team member. Willing and able to travel for business purposes as required. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager. About you: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance. Post qualifications from professional bodies such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA would be advantageous to the role. Chief Accountant Certificate. Strong English proficiency for communication with international partners. Minimum 4 years of experience in Chief Accountant role or team management role with deep understanding of Tax. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite,....) and Business Intelligence tools. Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strategic and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments. High sense of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail under pressure.
