Vice President, Public Healthcare Denmark

Do you want to build and lead NNIT's strategic focus within Public Healthcare in Denmark? Are you motivated by driving growth, ensuring strong delivery, and leading in a highly regulated and society critical domain? NNIT is looking for a Vice President to establish and scale our Public Healthcare business targeting the Danish regions. The role reports directly to the SVP and carries full end to end responsibility for strategy, sales, delivery, and people leadership within the area. About the role As Vice President, Public Healthcare Denmark, you will build and lead a dedicated business area focused on regional and public healthcare organizations across Denmark. In the build phase, you will draw on the delivery strength of NNIT's established areas, while building your own dedicated team over time. You will position NNIT as a trusted digital transformation partner supporting mission critical healthcare services and long term modernization initiatives You will hold full accountability for commercial growth, operational excellence, and organizational development. The role combines strategic leadership with active engagement in key customer dialogues and major pursuits. Your responsibilities • Define and execute the overall strategy for NNIT's Public Healthcare business towards the Danish regions • Build, lead, and develop a strong team covering sales, consulting, and delivery • Own the full profit and loss responsibility for the business area • Drive strategic sales initiatives, tenders, and customer engagements • Ensure high quality delivery, strong governance, and consistent customer satisfaction • Establish and maintain executive relationships with key stakeholders in regional and public healthcare organizations • Secure compliance with public procurement requirements and regulatory standards • Attract, retain, and develop top talent to support sustainable growth Your qualifications We expect that you bring substantial leadership experience combined with deep knowledge of the Danish public healthcare sector. • Proven executive experience within IT services targeting Danish regions or public healthcare organizations • Strong track record of winning and delivering complex public sector contracts • Documented experience with profit and loss accountability and business scaling • Solid people leadership experience, including leading managers and building high performing teams • Deep understanding of public procurement processes and politically governed organizations • Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute and create measurable results • Communication skills in Danish and English, written and spoken What we offer At NNIT, you will have the opportunity to shape a strategic growth area in a company recognized for delivering IT solutions in regulated and mission critical environments. • An executive leadership position with direct reference to the SVP • Full responsibility for building and scaling a key business area within Public Healthcare • A strong brand and proven capabilities within complex and regulated industries • An international organization that values open and honest dialogue and long lasting customer relations. • A dynamic workplace focused on professional development and sustained growth.
