At LEMAN Norway, we are strengthening our Contract Logistics organization by establishing a new Quality Compliance Manager. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of quality governance across our warehouse operations and ensure that quality, compliance and continuous improvement become an integrated part of everything we do. You will own our Integrated Management System (IMS), lead audits, drive quality initiatives and work closely with Operations to build a strong quality culture that supports sustainable growth. What will you be doing? As our new Quality Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for driving and developing quality and compliance across our Contract Logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include: Owning and continuously developing our Integrated Management System (IMS) Ensuring compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements and internal policies Leading internal, customer and certification audits while maintaining audit readiness across the organization Driving CAPA processes, root cause analyses and preventive actions Developing, implementing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions and quality documentation Leading operational risk assessments, including Food Safety, HACCP, Food Defence and Food Fraud where applicable Establishing, monitoring and reporting quality KPIs to support data-driven decision-making Partnering with Operations Managers to translate quality requirements into practical operational routines Coaching managers and employees to strengthen quality ownership across the business Leading quality and compliance improvement projects across the logistics organization Who are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced quality professional who combines technical expertise with a pragmatic operational mindset. To succeed in this role, you will ideally have: At least five years of experience within Quality Management Experience from logistics, warehousing or another regulated industry Strong knowledge of ISO-based management systems, including ISO 9001 Experience leading customer, certification and regulatory audits Solid understanding of risk management, CAPA methodologies and continuous improvement The ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational solutions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluency in Norwegian and English Experience with HACCP, Food Defence and Food Fraud is considered an advantage.
