Merchandising Production Associate

Responsibilities : Create and maintain production timeline. Collaborate with the Product Development Team to track development status and ensure timely launch as planned. Generate Purchase Orders (PO) and manage bulk production from sample approval to the arrival of goods at the warehouse and ensure ready for distribute ontime. Provide Pre-Production Sample (PPS) and a photoshoot sample. Negotiate price with suppliers. Coordinate with factory team to monitor product status, quality control and packing instructions. Analyze production issues at the earliest stage and create weekly reports. Build and maintain a good relationship with suppliers. Requirements : Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. At least have 1 year of experience as Merchandiser Production in garment industry/trading goods (apparel/bags/footwear/etc) Have attention to detail. Strong communication skills & time management skills. Thorough understanding of industry best practices. In-dept knowledge of industry-specific trends and issues Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
