About The Role

**Overview**

Orchestrates global teams to gather information, collaborate on performance markers, and identify potential risks in customer accounts. Partners with customers and/or partners to provide innovative solutions in new industries, and to integrate Microsoft technology in their business. Leverages a strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy to address customer's needs. Acts as the voice of the customer and internal advocate across all levels of the organization. Provides analysis of overall customer needs for some of the largest and most complex accounts, and advises on gaps that would benefit from Microsoft solutions. Leads customer business transformations through digital transformation for assigned accounts. Partners with a line-of-business leader or senior executive within a large-scale or high-impact customer organization to articulate how complex Microsoft technology/services will meet future business needs better than the competition. Contributes to the creation of stakeholder maps for accounts, determines and orchestrates a coverage plan, and builds out an execution framework. Establishes best practices and standards for aligning with quota attainment, consumption goals, and customer consumption gaps to inform quarterly and fiscal objectives. Uses existing and new readiness resources and demonstrates expertise in creating enablement plans for large and high-stakes customers, and all-up Microsoft business.

Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders at strategic manufacturing customers

.Understand customer priorities, industry trends, and operational challenges to develop technology strategies that drive measurable business outcomes

.Lead discussions around artificial intelligence, industrial automation, cloud platforms, data analytics, cybersecurity, and connected manufacturing solutions

.Develop long-term technology roadmaps that support business transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth

.Identify and shape new business opportunities by aligning Microsoft solutions to customer goals and industry needs

.Coordinate Microsoft teams and partner organizations to deliver successful customer outcomes and accelerate technology adoption

.Represent customer feedback within Microsoft and advocate for solutions that address customer requirements and industry challenges.

**Qualifications**

## Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience advising customers on technology strategy, digital transformation, or business innovation initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience building relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across multiple organizations.

## Preferred Qualifications

  • Recognized expertise in technology strategy, digital transformation, and business innovation within large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated success advising executive business and technology leaders on enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, including industrial automation, smart factories, supply chain modernization, engineering platforms, industrial data, and AI-enabled operations.
  • Experience shaping long-term technology strategies and translating business priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional engagements involving customers, partners, and technical specialists.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships at senior leadership levels.
  • Ability to identify emerging industry trends and apply innovative technologies to drive business outcomes, operational efficiency, resilience, and growth.

Strategic Account Technology IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across France is € 90,100.00 - € 151,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
