Missions

The On-Vehicle Development Engineer subjectively and objectively evaluates tire performance characteristics by conducting tests in the areas of noise, comfort, and handling (wet, dry, and snow), and grip. Information gathered during these tests is used by Tire Design, Marketing, Competitor Analysis, and other groups within the company to refine Michelin designs and evaluate competitor tires。

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• 1， Perform subjective test to support to success OE/RT projects on time taking available resource into account
• 2， Support the both of internal and external products events
• 3， Improve and maintain continuously for
• a) the safety
• b) Driving skills
• c) Test and reporting Quality
• 4， Contribute the test method development (H&Q) and maintenance with considering the customer needs and GSTH-WW network (Best Practice)
• Spoken and Listening English skill is good
• Driving test experience is 1-2 years
