About The Role

  1. 账单核对：定期与供应商进行账单对账，核对采购订单、入库数量与应付金额，确保数据一致，通知供应商开票。
  2. 财务对接：将发票与对应订单、入库单进行匹配，明确标注后提交给财务部门，确保账务处理准确。
  3. 付款告知：根据公司付款进度，及时向供应商发送付款明细通知，维护良好合作关系。
  4. 促销管理：核对平台促销活动，跟进促销结果的确认与发放。
  5. 运营支持：部门内其他运营方面的支持工作。
  6. 办公软件：熟练使用 Excel（常用函数如 VLOOKUP、SUMIF、数据透视表等），能高效处理对账数据。
  7. 沟通能力：具备清晰的书面与口头表达能力，能与客户、财务同事顺畅沟通核对事项。
  8. 细心严谨：对数字敏感，有较强的核对意识，能发现账单差异并主动跟进。
  9. 基础财务知识：了解发票类型（普票/专票）、对账逻辑等基础概念者优先。
  10. 学习能力：能快速熟悉各项工作的操作流程和业务规则。
  11. 专业不限，财务、会计类相关专业优先，能保证每周至少 3-4 天到岗，实习期 6个月左右。
  12. 良好的职业道德，对数据有保密意识。
