About The Role
Job Responsibilities: ● Lead end-to-end pharmaceutical and inventory operations to ensure reliability, compliance, and quality across all healthcare services. ● Oversee the master inventory management, ensuring accurate recording of Stock IN/OUT. ● Monitor Safety Stock, Reorder Points (ROP), and Lead Times to prevent stockouts of critical items. ● Supervise the fulfilment of inventory requests. ● Maintain strict product control tracking, including product condition, Expired Dates (ED) and Vaccine Vial Monitors (VVM) ● Ensure timely quarantining, reporting, and proper disposal of near-expired or damaged goods. ● Lead the monthly and quarterly physical Stock Opname processes. ● Analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system records. ● Partner with the Apoteker Penanggung Jawab (APJ) to ensure all pharmacy practices, dispensing, and drug storage comply with regulations. ● Ensure strict temperature controls are maintained during storage and transit ● Oversee the operational efficiency of lab equipment, evaluating processing capacity against sample demand. ● Ensure all laboratory procedures meet clinical standards and that diagnostic processing capacity is adequate. ● Review incident reports regarding product defects or mishandling, and implement corrective actions. Job qualification / Requirements: Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ● Minimum 4-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic/hospital inventory management, or laboratory management. Previous leadership experience is required. ● Strong proficiency in inventory management principles (FIFO/FEFO, ROP, Safety Stock, EOQ). ● Familiarity with cold-chain management for vaccines and medical consumables. ● Experience handling lab analyzers and understanding lab operational metrics. ● High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, pivot tables, and discrepancy reporting. ● Strong analytical thinking, highly structured, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge communication between operational teams and financial/management stakeholders.
