As the Talent & Engagement Senior Specialist, you will design and deliver impactful learning and engagement programs that strengthen organizational capability, enhance the employee experience, and bring our culture and Employee Value Proposition to life. Partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders, you will turn talent priorities into meaningful development initiatives backed by data and measurable outcomes. Through your expertise in learning, engagement, and stakeholder collaboration, you will empower employees, foster a culture of continuous growth, and contribute to building the next generation of leaders. Your mission.. a. Talent Development & Capability Building · Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning and capability-building programs for supervisors and individual contributors. · Facilitate leadership, professional, and functional development programs using a variety of learning methodologies. · Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand capability needs and recommend appropriate development solutions. · Translate business and talent priorities into practical learning interventions and development experiences. · Support the activation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) through learning programs, resources, and development opportunities. · Manage learning pathways, curriculum deployment, and capability-building initiatives aligned with organizational priorities. · Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on participant feedback, business outcomes, and learning analytics. b. Employee Engagement & Experience · Lead employee engagement initiatives that strengthen connection, development, and employee experience. · Support onboarding and assimilation programs to ensure a positive and engaging employee journey. · Design and execute engagement campaigns, recognition initiatives, and employee experience interventions. · Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and workplace experience. · Contribute to employee listening activities, engagement surveys, focus groups, and action planning efforts. c. Program Management & Stakeholder Partnership · Independently manage enterprise and business-unit learning and engagement projects from planning through execution and evaluation. · Build strong partnerships with HRBPs, leaders, facilitators, vendors, and internal stakeholders. · Facilitate alignment meetings, program reviews, and stakeholder discussions. · Manage program timelines, budgets, logistics, communications, and reporting requirements. · Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with TEC objectives. · Facilitate workshops, learning programs, focus groups, and engagement sessions with confidence and credibility. · Develop participant materials, facilitator guides, communication plans, and learning resources. · Create engaging employee communications and program narratives that drive participation and adoption. · Apply employee-centered design principles to enhance learning and engagement experiences. d. Talent insights, analytics & continuous improvement · Leverage learning, engagement, and employee feedback data to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities. · Monitor program success measures and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. · Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, participant experience, and program impact. · Stay informed on learning, engagement, and talent management trends and recommend innovative practices. Educational Background · Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field Professional Experience · 3–5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, or related HR Centers of Excellence. Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities a. Leadership Competencies · Demonstrated success in designing and facilitating learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives. · Proven ability to manage projects and drive initiatives from concept to execution while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders. · Excellent communication and facilitation skills · Experience partnering with leaders and HR stakeholders to identify capability needs and implement development solutions. · Demonstrated success in improving programs, processes, or employee experiences that resulted in measurable outcomes. b. Technical Competencies · Project & Program management capability · Learning Design and Curriculum Development · Stakeholder Management and Business Partnering · Strong analytical capability with experience using data, employee feedback, and insights to inform decisions and improve programs. · Experience working with learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and employee engagement tools. c.
