International Care Concierge

Job Responsibilities Welcome and assist international patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey. Provide personalized concierge services before, during, and after hospital visits to ensure a seamless patient experience. Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking patients regarding hospital services, appointments, procedures, and administrative processes. Coordinate appointments, admissions, discharges, and follow-up care with physicians and relevant departments. Serve as a liaison between international patients and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate clear and effective communication. Respond promptly to patient inquiries, requests, and concerns while delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations. Deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered service to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
