  • We provide quality after sales service by employing well trained and knowledgeable engineers.
  • We also provide training to our customers and our employees at our three state of the art
  • training centres in Bangalore, Delhi NCR and Pune.
  • To oversee customer service and provide speedy resolutions, we have a dedicated Customer
  • Service Cell. Our CSC department uses custom built CRM software to track complaints and
  • engineers and ensure the downtime of our equipment is minimum.

Job Description for Sales

  • Experience in Same industry with knowledge on garage Equipment
  • Market Knowledge and Product knowledge
  • Customer handling & market Handling
  • Good communication in English. English is very important as all sales reports, service
  • reports, daily reports are filed in English. English will also help the candidate read and
  • understand technical brochures, sales bulletins, technical manuals, installation manuals,
  • spare parts manuals. English is also the common language for communicating with each
  • other within the company, the standard language used in all emails and circulars from
  • head office.
  • Be a good listener & Good non-verbal communication as well.
  • Should be able to deal with stress.
  • Should be open to working overtime at times when chasing a sale.
  • Should have very high knowledge of automobiles, automobile technology, and future
  • technologies. If the candidate doesn’t have knowledge right now, he/she should be
  • open
  • to learning more.
  • Should be open to moving to different cities and towns to work. Not focused only on

his/her hometown

  • Should be eager to work with his/her hands. The job involves a lot of practical
  • demonstrations and that means physical work. The candidate should be willing to get
  • his/her hands dirty while changing tyres, balancing wheels, performing a wheel
  • alignment, performing some welding work.
  • A salesperson’s job involves a lot of travelling and the candidate should have his/her

own

  • Two-wheeler and be open to travelling a lot.
  • Should be familiar with the below concepts:
  • 1: Basics of Suspension and its Geometry followed by Steering Mechanisms, Understanding
  • of Vehicle Dynamics. This includes Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancing, and Road Force
  • Balancing.

2: Basics of Engine Operation

3: Basics of HVAC in Automobiles

4: Basics on Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical and Electronics

  • Hydraulics & Pneumatics basics will include the working of Double Acting pump,

Power pack etc.

  • Pascals law.
  • Electrical Basics would include Ohm’s Law fundamentals, Usage of Multimeter,

Basic Electrical Symbols

  • Electronics: Diode configurations, Basic Intel 8081 Microcontroller principle etc.
  • 5: ADAS Features and usage.
  • 6: Basic knowledge of the Indian and international automobile industry and market.
