Project Manager – Cork Engineering Job Description: Project-manage key developments for the Cork design engineering team. Fulfil project-management, monitoring, reporting, admin and documentation commitments to ensure project objectives and schedules are met. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Agile project setup and maintenance Maintenance of latest Fab/Assembly/Test costs to facilitate project costing Maintenance of latest Fab/Assembly/Test time information to facilitate project scheduling Project status monitoring Project gate review meeting coordination Project gate approval management Project documentation maintenance: datasheets, qualification plans, project gate review material Project checklist tracking Project engineering meetings: document, distribute and track actions Part number creation Engineering build coordination Sample shipment coordination Change order approval management Procurement: purchase requisition generation (including AMA, CER tracking) Document/Generate new procedures as needed to improve project flow and efficiency Key Competencies Required: Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously Excellent planning and organisational skills High degree of flexibility Ability to use own initiative Ability to work well in team environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good computer skills
