Maintenance Technician

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on rotating and static mechanical equipment to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the production facility Troubleshoot, repair, install, and modify mechanical equipment and systems, including pumps, piping, valves, bearings, gears, gaskets, fittings, and related components Diagnose equipment failures, isolate malfunctions, disassemble equipment, and complete necessary repairs or component replacements to restore operational performance Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machine tools to perform maintenance, repair, and installation activities Further you will, execute scheduled maintenance activities and maintain accurate work order history and equipment records within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Complete and document predictive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance and reliability standards Manage critical spare parts inventory to support equipment reliability and minimize operational downtime And you will maintain the maintenance shop and parts warehouse to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Work independently to make technical decisions, escalate complex issues to management when appropriate, and support continuous safe and reliable plant operations
