Master Scheduler

You will develop, maintain and adjust daily, weekly and monthly production schedules based on customer demand, capacity and material availability Coordinate with production, procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion You will have accountability for monitoring Work-In-Process (WIP) and adjusting schedules to address bottlenecks, equipment downtime, or labor constraints Partner with production teams to ensure materials, tooling, and resources are available, prioritize jobs based on business priorities, and communicate schedule changes to appropriate stakeholders to meet production schedules and customer demand Track production performance metrics (on time delivery, schedule adherence, capacity utilization) Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere scheduling efficiency and reduce lead time when possible You will be responsible for updating production systems and providing reporting metrics to production teams
