Material Planning Executive

Primary Goal

To synchronize the vendor’s production schedule with the project’s timeline, ensuring no delays in material availability or site activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the

Master Production Schedule (MPS)

• in coordination with vendors.
• Track the status of sub-components and raw materials to identify potential bottlenecks early.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) based on project lead times.
• Monitor vendor
• production planning
• to ensure they are prioritizing your project’s specific requirements and quantities.
• Manage logistics and delivery windows to ensure materials arrive at the site exactly when needed for project activities.

Key Skills

Supply Chain Management (SCM), Proficiency in Excel/ERP, Inventory Control, and Timeline Management (Gantt Charts).
