Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for solar cleaning robots

Prepare

• 2D drawings, 3D models, and BOMs
• using CAD software

Work on

• sheet metal design, fabrication drawings, and assembly design
• Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection

Coordinate with

• production, procurement, and quality teams
• for design implementation

Support

• prototype development, testing, and validation
• Identify and resolve design issues during manufacturing and field operations
• Optimize designs for
• cost, performance, and durability
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and standards
• Work on continuous improvement and new product development

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of
• mechanical design fundamentals

Experience in

• CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo or similar)
• Good understanding of
• sheet metal, welding, and fabrication processes

Knowledge of

gear mechanisms, motors, and drive systems

Familiarity with

• IP ratings, outdoor product design, and corrosion protection
• Basic understanding of
• electrical integration (motors, sensors, wiring)
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
