Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process from intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiations and pre-boarding. Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and AI-powered sourcing platforms to build a diverse pipeline of passive candidates. Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and guidance on interview best practices. Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant receives timely feedback and a professional experience, maintaining our employer brand reputation. Data-Driven Hiring: Track and report on key metrics such as Time-to-Hire , Source of Hire , and Offer Acceptance Rate using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). DEI Advocacy: Implement inclusive hiring practices to ensure a diverse candidate pool and mitigate unconscious bias in the selection process.
