Pay & Benefits

Weekly Average

$1,250 - $1,500 (W2 position)

Mileage Guarantee

You are paid CPM on every single mile—loaded or empty.

Delay Pay

$20/hour for detention and mechanical breakdowns.

Hiring Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recent verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean enough MVR/Background to meet DOT requirements (DUI & felony history reviewed case-by-case).
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.
