CAPITAL TRUSTEES AG – Regulated Trustee Company/Finma Licensed Tasks Increase the Company’s market visibility and recognition of its international trust business within the global wealth management community across LATAM with special focus on Brasil. Development of professional relationship with third parties (lawyers, bankers, chartered accountants, tax advisors and so on) active in financial markets of LATAM and in particular Brasil. Support the team in managing wealth planning of existing client in Brasil and LATAM. Requirements Qualified lawyer in Brasil Business experience of at least three years in Trust and Wealth Planning for HNWI. Working experience in a Trust company or Law firm specialized in private clients and or Single/Multi-family offices. Familiar with HNWI wealth planning, in particular with real estate and shipping. Familiar with legal aspects of private investments, real estate transactions and corporate holdings, including drafting contracts and conducting due diligence and regulatory compliance. Familiar with wealth planning and inheritance consultancy for sportsman. Fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, both written and spoken Knowledge of a fifth language is a plus Having authored peer-reviewed publications is a plus TEP qualification is a plus
