BI & Reporting Analyst We are looking for a BI & Reporting Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of reporting and business intelligence solutions. This role contributes to data-driven decision-making by transforming business requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, and analyses. The position works closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions provide reliable insights, support performance monitoring, and enable informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities Reporting & Dashboard Management Develop, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring solutions Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs across the business Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business requirements Data Analysis & Insights Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights Support stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and decision-making Translate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions Data Quality & Governance Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting data Support the maintenance of reporting datasets, definitions, and documentation Contribute to reporting standards and governance activities Stakeholder Support & Collaboration Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and priorities Provide support and guidance on reports, dashboards, and BI tools Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, and user experience Support BI-related projects and reporting enhancements Promote best practices in data visualization and reporting Requirements: Education & Experience Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI) and advanced Excel Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus Ability to analyze data and translate business requirements into reporting solutions Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Team player with a continuous improvement mindset BI & Reporting Analyst We are looking for a BI & Reporting Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of reporting and business intelligence solutions.
