Opportunity Overview As a Service Engineer, PTG Service, Suresnes, France, we expect you to: Provide technical support to customers and field team either on-site or through phone or email Install new test systems and upgrades, including options and S/W upgrades Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer site Provide remote assistance for troubleshooting and repair Participate in cost reduction and productivity improvement programs Participate and provide assistance to peers on call services where necessary Due to customer site access requirements, eligibility to work at certain locations is restricted to French nationals. Associate Degree (AS)/Technical school in Electronics/Mechatronics Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics or equivalent educational background 2 years working experience in a customer support environment, ideally in ATE MS OS + Office 365 knowledge Solid and structured approach to problem solving Self-driven in pursuing technical knowledge needed for the job Car driving license Fluent in English and French We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.
