About The Role

We are seeking a Diabetes Educator I or II to provide diabetes self-management education and medical nutrition therapy to patients and their families. You will coordinate patient care and collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualised care plans. Ideal candidates have relevant experience and expertise in diabetes education.
