About The Role

Administer and maintain SharePoint On-Premises environments
Manage SharePoint structure (Web Applications, Site Collections, Subsites, Libraries, Permissions)
Configure and manage SharePoint service applications (User Profile, Managed Metadata, Search, etc.)
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration
Apply SharePoint governance, security standards, and best practices
Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards (e.g., data retention, GDPR).
Plan, test, and apply SharePoint patches, cumulative updates, and security updates in coordination with infrastructure teams
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues
Support and maintain workflows (K2 / Nintex)
Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and development teams
Support multiple departments and handle business requirements
Translate business needs into effective SharePoint solutions
Create user documentation and deliver training sessions for site owners and business users to ensure effective usage and governance of SharePoint
3–5 years of experience in SharePoint Administration
Strong experience with SharePoint On-Prem (2016/2019/SE)
Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and structure
Experience managing SharePoint service applications
Strong PowerShell scripting skills
Understanding of workflow design, debugging, and process optimization
Development experience (.NET, SharePoint APIs, REST)
Solid understanding of IIS and SQL Server.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Experience with K2 Five (workflows, SmartForms, SmartObjects)
Experience working in enterprise or multi-server environments
