About The Role

**Overview**

Join a global team shaping next‑generation Generative AI used by millions. We’re seeking detail‑oriented **Ukrainian**professionals based in **Poland**to review and annotate multilingual and multimodal content, helping train high‑quality AI systems.

**Location**: Remote, **Poland**

**Contract** **Type**: Freelance (Contract)

**Compensation**: $10/hour

### What You’ll Do

  • Review, evaluate, and annotate AI-generated outputs across text, image, audio, and video
  • Perform quality checks for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project guidelines
  • Flag edge cases, errors, and areas for improvement in model outputs and instructions
  • Create and refine high‑quality datasets to train and validate advanced AI models
  • Participate in calibration sessions and quality alignment activities
  • Provide clear feedback to improve workflows, tools, and annotation guidelines

### Requirements

  • Native‑level proficiency in **Ukrainian**
  • Strong written communication skills in **English**
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Proven experience in annotation, content review, quality assurance, data labeling, localization, or related fields
  • Ability to work independently, follow detailed guidelines, and meet deadlines
  • Based in **Poland** and able to work remotely

### Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multilingual or multimedia content (text, images, audio, video)
  • Familiarity with annotation platforms and productivity tools (e.g., task trackers, spreadsheets)
  • Background in AI/ML data operations, content moderation, or linguistic QA
