### Accountabilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, improving hiring processes, and acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function in Brazil, managing workforce planning, stakeholder partnerships, sourcing strategies, and full-cycle recruitment.
  • Owning regional recruitment processes while ensuring alignment with global hiring frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Partnering with business leaders to provide strategic guidance, market insights, and data-driven recommendations to support hiring decisions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, increase efficiency, and create scalable hiring solutions.
  • Using recruitment analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and talent reports to influence strategies and support leadership discussions.
  • Contributing to global HR and talent initiatives related to culture, performance, and organizational development.
  • Supporting employer branding efforts by creating engaging recruitment campaigns and content to strengthen market presence.
  • Optimizing recruitment operations, tools, and systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency across applicant tracking and hiring platforms.
  • Supporting recruitment activities across different regions when needed, including international hiring initiatives.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced talent acquisition professional with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a global environment. The required qualifications and skills include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within a global organization and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and hiring execution across different markets.
  • Experience recruiting for international teams or markets, with exposure to the U.S. talent market considered a strong advantage.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to use KPIs, data, and market insights to improve hiring strategies.
  • Creative approach to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and influence leaders at different levels.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other talent technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Brazilian talent market, including sourcing strategies, hiring practices, and employment trends.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with global teams while managing regional responsibilities.
