Senior Product Specialist - Medical Devices - Cairo

About The Role
Promoting and selling company’s products to new and existing customers by visiting them regularly and constantly. Senior Product Specialist tasks also involve performing certain after-sales support functions such as conducting In-Service Training, following up on collection, coaching junior staff, and maintaining good relationships with customers. It is essential for the Senior Product Specialist to provide effectively the detailed information on various products, programs or services offered by the company versus those offered by competitors.
Job Responsibilities
- Coaching junior staff, providing them with information about market, customers, and products, and helping them with their deals.
- Perform a consultative method of sales in prospecting clients in either identifying or even creating the need for Imdad products and continuously updating all customers on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements, in addition to applying successful negotiations and sales closure techniques.
- Schedule appointments, meeting existing and new customers in order to promote Imdad’s product, and to determine other opportunities.
- Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services while on the customer’s site through the effective use of the company’s sales aids and marketing data.
- Provide adequate information about a new prospect and client, in terms of Ownership, working physicians, relevant client’s equipment, and status, and update customer’s database with proper contact details, email, and contact numbers.
- Submit weekly reports for sales activities, competitors' activities/events and competitors' pricing changes in a timely manner.
- Assist in following up on the accounts receivable for sales accounts under his responsibility.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships with key decision makers, doctors, key customers' personnel and always work toward enhancing such relations and generating new client business accounts.
- Perform professional in-service training for customers' end users on system applications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy , Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, Chemistry, (or any other scientific related field).
- 3-5 years' in pharmaceutical or medical devices sales. Experience in Dermatology line is a plus.
- Cairo based candidates.
- Driving License + car.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual (Arabic, and English) is a must.
