Senior NetSuite Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior NetSuite Developer based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver advanced NetSuite solutions that support business transformation and sustainability-focused initiatives. You will take ownership of ERP development, integrations, automation, and data strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position combines deep technical expertise with emerging technologies, including AI-driven workflows and modern cloud ecosystems. You will contribute to scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable smarter decision-making. Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.1, including User Event, Map/Reduce, and other advanced scripting capabilities.
• Build and manage complex SuiteFlow workflows to automate and optimize business processes.
• Apply modern development practices using SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), GitHub, and Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain and enhance high-volume integrations between NetSuite and external platforms such as CRM, contract management, and specialized business systems.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to expose NetSuite capabilities for AI-driven workflows and ensure reliable data flows for analytics and machine learning initiatives.
• Support integrations with Azure-based data environments, including solutions used for reporting, business intelligence, and AI-powered models.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in NetSuite implementations, enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions in NetSuite.
• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 and experience delivering complex NetSuite customizations.
• Experience participating in at least 2–3 NetSuite implementations or major deployment projects.
• Relevant NetSuite certification, such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Developer certification.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and SQL.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure technologies such as Logic Apps, Function Apps, or CosmosDB is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
