Zone General Manager - Bandar Lampung

**About the Role**

As the Zone General Manager, you’ll be the ultimate business owner for your designated zone, with end-to-end responsibility for driving business growth, operational excellence, and ecosystem development. Acting as the “CEO of the Zone,” you’ll define the strategic direction, make critical business decisions, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver strong business outcomes.

This role combines strategy and execution—you’ll identify growth opportunities, respond to local market dynamics, and ensure plans are translated into measurable results. Your leadership will play a key role in shaping the customer and partner experience while driving sustainable growth across the zone.

### What You Will Do

• Own end-to-end business performance of the zone, accountable for achieving/exceeding key metrics (growth, revenue, profitability, supply-demand health) as well as dominating market share.
• Define and lead Zone Strategy, translating regional priorities into clear, actionable plans tailored to local market dynamics.
• Drive Zone Business Operations excellence, ensuring strong execution across user growth, merchants and operations.
• Act as the main integrator across cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with regional and HQ stakeholders.
• Identify market opportunities, strengthen competitive positioning, and expand ecosystem partnerships (government, merchants, and communities).
• Lead, coach, and build a high-performing team with strong ownership and execution discipline.
• Leverage data and insights to make decisions, solve problems, and continuously optimize performance.

### What You Will Need

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business, operations, or general management roles with proven ownership of business performance/P&L.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and fast excellent execution.
• Proven track record in driving results in fast-paced, high-growth or complex environments.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and managing diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including external partners (e.g., government, merchants, communities).
• Strong communication skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
