HR Operations Intern

-Screen resumes and schedule interviews, assist in preparing new hire documentation and contracts, maintain and update employee files in both digital and physical formats, participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, audit of employee files.

-Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data entry.

-Assist with creating and managing HR reports and spreadsheets.

-Support the team in handling employee queries.

-Any other task assigned by th Manager.

Requirements

Education & Skills

• -Bachelors in Human Resources or related field
• -Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
• -Personnel Management expertise
• -Strong organizational and communication skills
• -Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• -Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan is a plus
• Skillset required: Communication, Attention to details, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving
