**The Role**
As a VDC Manager, you lead how projects come to life—before construction ever begins. You’ll guide digital coordination efforts, align teams around a shared vision, and ensure models translate into real-world success.
This role blends hands-on project support with leadership and strategy. You’ll work closely with project teams, design partners, and subcontractors while driving adoption, consistency, and innovation in VDC across Granger.
**What You’ll Do**
- Lead VDC efforts across projects, including clash detection, coordination, sequencing, and visualization
- Develop and manage BIM execution plans (BEPs) and ensure alignment with project goals and requirements
- Facilitate coordination meetings and drive collaboration across designers, subcontractors, and project teams
- Oversee model quality, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, design intent, and project standards
- Partner with project leadership to define VDC strategies and support successful project delivery
- Support preconstruction and estimating through model-based quantities and digital planning workflows
- Guide subcontractor selection and alignment with BIM/VDC expectations
- Train, mentor, and support team members in VDC tools, workflows, and best practices
- Champion adoption of emerging technologies such as AR/VR, reality capture, and advanced modeling tools
- Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure tools and systems are optimized for performance
- Continuously improve VDC processes, workflows, and standards across the organization

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Strong understanding of construction, building systems, and project delivery
- Proven experience leading BIM/VDC coordination efforts across projects
- Proficiency in tools like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related platforms
- Ability to lead meetings, influence teams, and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
