About the Role

Bohler’s Fairfield, CT office is seeking an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and project support to help deliver innovative land development solutions for clients throughout the southern Connecticut area.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare proposals, letters, reports, and correspondence from draft to client-ready
  • Assist managers with project status updates, expense reports, and monthly accounting tasks
  • File project documents, track tasks, and maintain accurate records in project management systems
  • Support submissions to outside agencies, including assembling materials and managing deliverables
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics, including agenda creation and follow-up
  • Prepare and assemble plans, reports, and map packages for internal and external use
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to support timely project delivery

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting management-level staff
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Concur or CRM a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Commitment to professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
