Role purpose: Achieve sustainable business growth by management of sales in the assigned territory in the Czech Republic. Identify and develop new opportunities in relevant accounts to support on-going success of Grifols diagnostic business. What Your Responsibilities Will Be: Key tasks and responsibilities: Sell Grifols transfusion medicine and systems to all Blood Transfusion Centers and hospital laboratories in the territory. Provide customers with the technical and commercial expertise which is crucial to identify, develop, promote and finalize customized value propositions consistent with the Company strategies and goals. Maintain a professional relationship with all public and private authorities who have a decision authority tocounter competitive activities and enhance favorable changes in market dynamics Serve as a liaison to all other internal departments in interactions with end users in order to resolve customer complaints and plan resources to ensure smooth execution. Manage all administrative processes needed to complete the sales cycle including compliance with all local rules and regulations as well as all company procedures and policies Prepares the technical and economic elements of tenders. Closely monitors and reports competitive activities at sales area level in order to bring in market intelligence and customer knowledge. Ensure that the profitability meets the required financial benchmarks (percent contribution margin, minimum selling price) on a per account basis and also holds value over time The position will require extensive travel including periodic meetings in Barcelona Headquarters or other locations as required . Who You Are Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree or certification in Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. Biomedical Scientist Immunohematology education basics Experience Of advantage: 1–2 years of experience in diagnostics customer service, technical support, applications, or a related field. Experience in sales support and customer account management preferred. Strong understanding of diagnostic products and laboratory workflows. Skills & Competencies Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities Demonstrated project management capabilities Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of customer focus and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computerized systems Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements Languages Fluent in English and Czech.
