Role Overview

• 3Commas is looking for a strong Marketing Lead to own the go-to-market execution for QuantPilot.com http://QuantPilot.com, our new agentic AI trading platform.
• We want a true player who can take full ownership, move fast, and drive real momentum from day one.
• What you'll own

• Complete ownership of the marketing launch for QuantPilot.com http://QuantPilot.com
• Bringing fresh ideas on what actually works in crypto marketing right now, not just executing a playbook
• Building and activating the community, especially on Crypto Twitter, so people are actually talking about the product
• Creating and executing the full launch plan: proven growth tactics, content, social campaigns, KOL outreach, announcements, and growth tactics
• Working directly with our QuantPilot lead to translate technical product details into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with traders

• Driving awareness and early user acquisition for pre and post public launch of QuantPilot
• What we're looking for

• Deep native experience in DeFi and crypto. You already live and breathe this space Strong track record in community building and generating organic buzz on Twitter and other crypto channels
• Execution-focused mindset. This is a doer role, we need someone who ships quickly and gets things done. Ability to quickly understand and run with our chosen narrative.
• Comfort working independently while staying tightly aligned with a small core team

We're not looking for a generalist marketer who happens to know a bit about crypto. This role needs someone who already lives in the space and can hit the ground running. The launch is close and there's no ramp-up time. If you've made crypto products take off on Twitter, know how to turn technical AI trading features into stories traders care about, and want to own a high-impact launch end to end, we'd love to talk.
