Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to take full ownership of the HR agenda for our Prague location Howden CKD. This role combines HR business partnering with hands-on daily operations. What Will You Do? End-to-end HR agenda on site (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR systems) Acting as a trusted partner to management on people, organisational and change-related topics Payroll coordination, bonuses, salary forecasting and reporting Recruitment and cooperation with external agencies HR administration, time & attendance, social security agenda, audit preparation Organisation of training, wellbeing activities and medical check-ups Participation in HR processes, policies and projects Daily HR operations and internal communication Communication with trade unions as part of standard HR activities Your Experience Should Be...
