About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and client-oriented Client Account Executive to manage client relationships and support project execution. This role is open to freshers who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and build a career in client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients and assist in handling their requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of projects
• Understand client needs and ensure proper follow-ups
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and updates
• Handle basic client queries and escalate when required
• Support senior team members in account management activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and grow in client servicing role
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
