**THE ROLE**

This role is essential to maintain fleet readiness and ensure smooth depot operations.
**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**

**On-Demand Operational Support:** Help with vehicle prep, cleaning, and quick fixes to avoid delays.
**Fleet Preparation and Cleaning:**Clean vehicles, equip campervans, and check for damages after returns.
**Stock and Consumables Management:**Track and organise cleaning supplies, consumables, and extras.
**Logistics and Depot Organisation:**Move campervans, assist with suppliers, and keep the depot clean and safe.
**Operational and Coordination Support:**Prepare vehicles for pick-ups, help with minor repairs, and report issues.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

**Must have:** Experience in cleaning, warehouse, logistics, automotive, tourism, or operations preferred.
**Must have:** Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, high-paced work.
**Must have:** Strong attention to detail and reliability standards.
**Must have:** Team player with strong communication skills.
**Must have:** Driving License (Category B) required.
**Must have:** English and, **Nice to have:** local language proficiency (if applicable)

**PHYSICAL AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**

**Must have:** Able to perform active physical tasks throughout the shift: standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
**Must have:** Comfortable working on their feet for most of the day, moving between cleaning bays, parking areas, and depot work zones.
**Must have:** Able to lift or carry equipment, cleaning materials, or accessories (up to 15–20 kg).
**Must have:** Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
**Must have:** Able to clean, stage, and inspect vehicles, including tasks requiring bending, kneeling, or overhead reach.
**Must have:** Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season periods, adapting to volume changes and operational urgencies.
