About The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) with strong communication and negotiation skills in the Food Nutrition segment, based in our office in Vienna, Austria, to start as soon as possible. Your responsibilities Manage and develop assigned principals, product portfolios, and business opportunities within SEE Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned principals and coordinate regular business reviews and strategic discussions, including price negotiations Drive portfolio growth through market analysis, identification of new opportunities, and successful introduction of new products and suppliers Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders and departments as well as external partners Support the development and implementation of principal-specific business plans and growth strategies Monitor business performance, market developments, competitor activities, and product pipelines to identify opportunities and risks Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting inputs, reporting, and maintenance of product-related information in Salesforce and other business systems Drive data quality and compliance with company processes and digital and marketing initiatives Coordinate technical and commercial know-how transfer from principals to internal stakeholders and participate in trainings Align on product development activities and application projects with the Food Nutrition Laboratory to support innovation, commercialization, and business growth Represent IMCD in international interactions with principals, supplier meetings, business reviews, trade fairs, and industry events Your profile University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition, or a related Life Science discipline Commercial experience within the B2B food ingredient industry or related sectors Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive way of working Fluent English; German and/or additional SEE languages are advantageous Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is considered a plus What we offer you An entrepreneurial corporate culture and exciting responsibilities An environment where you can contribute, shape ideas, and grow professionally A particularly collegial atmosphere in a multicultural and dynamic team Flexitime, home office, and workation (for employees in Austria) opportunities A wide range of training and development programs for personal growth Loyalty program for long-standing employees Team events such as Christmas parties and summer parties Competitive salary with attractive additional benefits The annual gross salary is at least € 45.000 with willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience Apply now via our career portal and start your journey with us - we look forward to receiving your application!
