About The Role

As a Customer Support Admin - IT here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT support services, with a primary focus on elevating the customer experience. You'll be responsible for guiding, driving them to exceed customer expectations and uphold our commitment to excellence. You will also have the opportunity to shape the future of customer-centric IT support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our global operations thrive. You will report directly to our IT Customer Support Manager and you’ll work onsite out of our San Jose, CA location on a flexible, 9 days/80 hours - every other Friday off - work schedule.
