Production Associate

Position Title: Production Associate Pay Rate: $21.40/hr Category: Full-time, Hourly Non-Exempt Physical Location: 1601 5th St., Lincoln, IL 62656 The Job You Will Perform: Counting and stacking finished product Accurately reading gauges and other testing equipment Utilizing basic shop math and performing product inspections Accurately completing quality and administrative documentation while following work instructions Performing general housekeeping and clean up duties including blowing down machines, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping machine areas, and collecting and shredding scrap material Working overtime, including Saturdays, as business conditions require The Skills You Will Bring: Ability and desire to work safely and follow all safety procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment Ability to add and subtract units of measure and accurately read, copy, count, and record figures Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, and reach at or below shoulder level throughout the shift Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physical job duties in a manufacturing environment Ability to follow directions and standard operating procedures Dependable attendance
