About The Role

A Jr. Technical Sales Support Engineer (JTSE) interacts directly with Sales, Reps, Distributors, and especially with Customers – answering technical questions, providing resources and documents, analysing applications to provide product recommendations, conducting seminars and trainings on Socomec products, and troubleshooting issues both over the phone and in the field.
