HR Manager

Legrand is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for its Audio Video Division. This role collaborates with leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and workplace safety initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting organizational growth, resolving employee relations matters, managing HR policies and programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading change management efforts. The HR Manager also oversees HR projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives, partnering with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, support high-performing teams, and deliver measurable business results.
