Drafter II

The Drafter II is responsible for developing mechanical and electrical drawings, 3D models, and bills of materials for low- to moderately complex custom products using CAD and ERP systems. The role supports engineering, sales, and marketing teams by creating technical drawings, product documentation, BIM/CAD library content, prototypes, and customer-specific design solutions. This position collaborates closely with engineers, production teams, and customers, contributes to new product development and certification projects, and provides technical support for manufacturing and assembly activities. Successful candidates typically have a technical drafting background, experience with CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple design and customer support activities.
