About The Role

  1. 数据监控：负责业务核心指标的日常监控，监测业务数据波动，通过多维度拆解快速定位问题原因；
  2. 专题分析：深入理解业务，协助团队完成数据分析专项，提供数据支持和建议，产出分析报告；
  3. 报表开发：参与数据看板的搭建与优化，提高数据处理效率；
  4. 数据治理：参与数据治理和数仓的优化与维护。
  5. 学历要求：在校本科生或研究生，专业不限，实习半年以上优先；
  6. 工具技能：熟练使用Excel（VLOOKUP/数据透视表等）、SQL，能完成基础数据处理；
  7. 分析能力：具有良好的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，能够准确地分析和解读数据；
  8. 责任心强，积极主动，具有较强的学习能力，有探索问题的好奇心。
