Requirements

The candidate shall have in minimum

  • A valid Yoga teaching certification or internationally recognized equivalent (translated to English).
  • Current CPR/AED and Basic First Aid certification.
  • Experience teaching group or individual yoga classes with emphasis on physical and mental well-being.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead English-speaking classes.

Duties

The candidate must

  • Lead structured yoga classes covering warm-up, breathing (pranayama), posture (asanas), and relaxation techniques.
  • Instruct students on yoga’s physical and emotional benefits.
  • Ensure class safety, proper alignment, and individualized attention for participants.
  • Maintain attendance logs and submit class reports to the contractor representative.
  • Prepare and set up class materials and music before sessions.
